Bluffton Woodworking Company
Founded in 1989 by Stephen Z Bischoff, one of the Lowcountry’s original millwork craftsmen.

What began as a small shop in Bluffton, South Carolina, became a name trusted by builders, architects, and artisans across the region. Stephen passed down more than a business — he passed down a way of working.

What began as one man’s trade has become a team’s collective craft. His sons and team continue that craft today, combining decades of shared skill and experience under one roof. Every piece we make carries the same roots.
